Marketing your properties

A fully automated interface to your properties. Most real estate platforms support the IDX interface. Get in touch with your provider to clarify this in advance.

How it works

Daily automatic export of property data
Upload of your own logo, logo integration
Various layouts to choose from (individual layouts optionally available too)
Custom fonts
Preview in portrait and landscape format
Various options to show and hide such as: price, room, area, floor, year of construction, availability, details, contact
Image presentation stretched or in original format
An unlimited number of properties are displayed

Requirements

Customer account with newhome, Pepsimmo or another provider
Your own FTP server, e.g. on your website host
A server must be available for each customer account, meaning if you have two customer accounts, two FTP servers must be set up on the customer side.

This guide shows how it works with the providers newhome and Pepsimmo. This process can generally be applied to other providers.

Create the following folder structure on your FTP server:

movies
doc

Contact the real estate platform

Send your FTP account data to your real estate platform.

Your access credentials could look like this, for example

FTP access:

URL: customerdomain.ch/newhome

Username: newhome2025

Password: 124356paSSw0RT (use a secure password with special characters, uppercase and lowercase letters)

Installing the IDX Real Estate App

Visit the Appstore, click on the IDX app and install it.
