Playtomic

With the «Playtomic» app, you display the bookings for your facility from Playtomic on the screen. Playtomic is a widely used platform for racket sports players and clubs.

Welcome your guests and show them which court they've booked and at what time, e.g. «Double Court 2 is ready and waiting for you». Ideal for the reception area of padel, tennis or sports centers.

• An active revolutionSCREEN account with access to my.rstv.app.
• Playtomic is a premium app (crown icon in the Appstore) and must be enabled for your account.
• A customer account with Playtomic and the credentials for the interface (Username, Client ID, Password, Tenant ID). You'll get these from Playtomic.
• At least one configured screen.

In the sidebar on the left, click «Apps» and then «zum App-Store» (to the Appstore) at the top.

Scroll to the «Alle» (All) list and click the «Playtomic» tile. Use the category buttons to narrow down the list.

The app's detail view opens. If it's not yet installed, first click «Installiere» (Install). Then click «Neue Instanz» (New instance). «App Guide» opens a quick guide.

Under «Apps › Meine Apps» (My Apps) you see all instances of the app as tiles. With «Neue Instanz» (New instance) at the top right you create another one; click a tile to open an existing one.

In the editor, hover over the title and click the pencil to give the instance a name. A new instance shows «Kein Name angegeben» (No name given) in red until then. At the top right you choose whether the preview appears in portrait or landscape format.

In the «Zugang» (Access) section you can see whether the instance is connected to Playtomic. If it says «logged in», the connection is active, with the name of the connection shown below. Use the pencil on the right to connect an account or switch it.

In the «Deine Konten» (Your accounts) window, under «Konto auswählen» (Select account), choose an already stored connection and click «Weiter» (Next).

For a new connection, click «Neue Verbindung hinzufügen» (Add new connection). Under «Username» enter a name for the connection, along with the «Client ID», «Password» and «Tenant ID» from Playtomic, and click «Weiter» (Next).

On the left are all the settings; on the right you immediately see in the live preview how the instance will look on the screen. Use the arrow next to the card to collapse the settings.

• Zugang (Access): status of the connection («logged in») and name of the connection. Use the pencil to connect or switch the account.
• Logo: choose your own logo via «Bilder» (Images).
• Layout: the display style, e.g. «Default». There are layouts in portrait and landscape format. If you'd like a custom layout, we're happy to create one for you.
• Primäre / Sekundäre Schriftart (Primary / Secondary font): fonts for title and text. You upload your own fonts under «Marken» (Brands).
• Sprache (Language): the display language, e.g. «German».
• Sports: the sports whose bookings appear, e.g. padel or tennis.
• Fields: the courts whose bookings appear.
• Dauer (Duration): the display time in seconds before the display shows new information.
• Textfarbe (Text color): color of the text.
• Hintergrundfarbe (Background color): two colors for the background, e.g. for a gradient. Use × to reset a color.

Save the instance at the top right with «Speichern & Schliessen» (Save & Close).

Add to a playlist: Open the playlist, select the «Apps» tab on the right, click the app and then the instance. The instance is added immediately.

Add to a layout: Open the layout and click the pencil on the desired section.

In the «Inhalt für Abschnitt bearbeiten» (Edit content for section) window, use «Inhalt hinzufügen» (Add content) to add the instance. On the right of each element you set the schedule via «Täglich» (Daily).

Then click «Veröffentlichen» (Publish) in the playlist or layout. As long as it says «Entwurf, Veröffentlichung erforderlich» (Draft, publishing required), the screen still shows the old state.
