Playback logs

You will find the playback log in your Kontoeinstellungen under the “Playback-Protokolle” tab.

The playback log records every content element played on the screens, accurate to the second.

Example use case:

Screen owners who sell their display time to third parties and need a billing log to provide to their customers.

The recording period is limited to one month at a time. After the month has ended, the data is automatically archived and made available as a CSV download organised by month.

You can individually adjust the query log with various filters.

The “Screens” filter is available. Click the button and you can select one or more screens. Mark your desired screens with the checkmark.

In the “Elemente” (elements) selection you add all objects you want logged. All applications, images, movies and PDFs are available for selection.

Various time-related filters are available. You can use one of three predefined filters or set a custom time span for your log.

To retrieve the log, click the “Filter anwenden” (apply filter) button. Your list is displayed below. You can download your selection as a CSV by clicking the “Download CSV” button.

All data older than one month can be found in the archive, split by month. Each month is archived automatically.
