Real estate automatically on your display
revolutionSCREEN connects the property management program Nestermind via the interface of the same name. Within a few minutes, the desired properties are connected via the Workspace ID and shown on the display.
Two default templates are available free of charge. On request, CI/CD-compliant templates can be created including custom fonts, colors and QR-Code.
1. Install the app from the App Store
Open the App Store, select the app Nestermind Real Estate and click Installieren (Install). Installation is only needed once – afterwards the app is available under Meine Apps (My Apps).
2. Create an instance
Open the installed app under Meine Apps (My Apps) and click Neue Instanz (New Instance) in the top right. An instance corresponds to a standalone display configuration – you can create as many as you like (e.g. per property or per display).
3. Connect with the Workspace ID
In the Access section, click einloggen (log in). Assign a Namen (name) and enter the Workspace ID you received from Nestermind – confirm with Hinzufügen (Add).
To use an already stored connection instead, select it under „or choose an account“ and confirm with Weiter (Next).
The Workspace ID is provided by Nestermind. It establishes the connection to your property portfolio – without it, no objects are displayed.
4. Set up template and content
After a successful connection (status logged in), set up the display. The live preview on the right shows every change instantly:
- Select the Layout / template (e.g. Dark or Light).
- Set the Logo, primary and secondary font and language.
- Use Tags to filter the objects to display, and set the duration and number of items.
- Use the toggles to choose which information appears: price, number of rooms, area, floor, year of construction, availability date and details.
Save the instance with Speichern & Schliessen (Save & Close).
5. Publish to the display
Add the saved Nestermind instance to a Layout or Playlist as usual and assign it to the desired Screen. Once published, the properties automatically appear on the display and are continuously updated.
