Nestermind Real Estate

With the «Nestermind Real Estate» app you automatically display properties from the Nestermind property management software on the screen.

Using the Workspace ID you connect your property portfolio in just a few minutes. Images, title, price, location and important details are imported from Nestermind and kept continuously up to date. Ideal for real estate offices, shop windows and public displays.

• A Nestermind account and the Workspace ID you receive from Nestermind.
• At least one configured screen.

In the sidebar on the left, click «Apps» and at the top click «zum App-Store» (to the Appstore).

Scroll to the «Alle» (All) list and click the «Nestermind Real Estate» tile. Use the category buttons to narrow down the list.

The app's detail view opens. If it is not yet installed, first click «Installiere» (Install). Then click «Neue Instanz» (New instance). «App Guide» opens a quick guide.

Under «Apps › Meine Apps» (My Apps) you see all instances of the app as tiles. Use «Neue Instanz» (New instance) at the top right to create another one; click a tile to open an existing one.

In the editor, hover over the title and click the pencil to give the instance a name. A new instance shows «Kein Name angegeben» (No name specified) in red until you do. At the top right you choose whether the preview appears in portrait or landscape format.

In the «Zugang» (Access) section you can see whether the instance is connected to Nestermind. If it says «logged in», the connection is active, with the name of the connection shown below. Use the pencil on the right to connect a workspace or switch it.

In the «Deine Konten» (Your accounts) window, under «Konto auswählen» (Select account) choose a connection that already exists and click «Weiter» (Next).

For a new connection, click «Neue Verbindung hinzufügen» (Add new connection). Under «Name», give the connection a clear label; under «Workspace ID», enter the ID from Nestermind. Click «Weiter» (Next) to connect the workspace.

All settings are on the left; on the right you see immediately in the live preview how the instance looks on the screen. Use the arrow next to the card to collapse the settings.

• Zugang (Access): connection status («logged in») and name of the connection. Use the pencil to connect or switch the workspace.
• Logo: select your own logo via «Bilder» (Images).
• Layout: the display template, e.g. «Light» or «Dark».
• Primäre / Sekundäre Schriftart (Primary / Secondary font): fonts for title and text.
• Sprache (Language): the display language.
• Tags: filters the objects that appear by their tags in Nestermind.
• Dauer (Duration): display time per object in seconds.
• Artikel (Articles): maximum number of objects, e.g. 30.

If you scroll down in the card, the switches for the details per object follow:

• Preis / Raum / Fläche / Etage / Baujahr anzeigen (Show price / room / area / floor / year built): show or hide individual key figures of the object.
• Verfügbarkeitsdatum / Details / Kontakt anzeigen (Show availability date / details / contact): show or hide further details.
• Bild strecken (Stretch image): fills the image area completely; images may be cropped in the process.

Save the instance at the top right with «Speichern & Schliessen» (Save & Close).

Add to a playlist: Open the playlist, select the «Apps» tab on the right, click the app and then the instance. The instance is added immediately.

Add to a layout: Open the layout and click the pencil on the desired section.

In the «Inhalt für Abschnitt bearbeiten» (Edit content for section) window, use «Inhalt hinzufügen» (Add content) to add the instance. On the right of each element, use «Täglich» (Daily) to set the schedule.

Then click «Veröffentlichen» (Publish) in the playlist or layout. As long as it says «Entwurf, Veröffentlichung erforderlich» (Draft, publishing required), the screen still shows the old version.
