Change subscription
The subscription can be upgraded or downgraded at any time.
- In the Dashboard, click "Kontoeinstellungen" and select the "Abrechnung" (Billing) section.
- Click the "Upgrade-Plan" button.
Change subscription
This example shows the case where the subscription is set up with a credit card. The starting point in this example is a monthly "PRO" subscription that is to be downgraded to "BASIC".
- Select your desired subscription, STANDARD or ENTERPRISE, and click the desired tab.
Confirm subscription change
- Click the desired subscription model and confirm it with a click. The new settings take effect in the next subscription period.
