The SchulNetz interface connects the school network database from Centerboard.
Filter
A wide variety of filters with many options extend this interface
Filter by "Raum-ID" (room ID)
When you activate the "Raum-ID" filter, you can turn the various rooms on and off. With the additional field, you filter out the corresponding prefixes. The prefix can consist of a combination of letters or it can be numbers.
Applied in this example:
If the prefix "BH-" is entered, all entries with the prefix "BH-" are shown without the combination "BH-" in the respective row. Multiple prefixes can be filtered. These are entered separated by commas. The placeholder in this example is the "Wo" (where) column. If the filter were turned off, the entry would be BH-A315-Konf
Filter by "Stundenplan" (timetable)
When you activate the "Stundenplan" filter, you can filter by various prefixes. With the additional field, you filter out the corresponding prefixes. The prefix can consist of a combination of letters or it can be numbers.
Applied in this example:
If the prefix "ext:" is entered, all entries with the prefix "ext:" are shown without the combination "ext:" in the respective row. Multiple prefixes can be filtered. These are entered separated by commas. The placeholder in this example is the "Wer/Was" (who/what) column
The prefix filter is applied up to the colon. This means ONLY prefixes that are separated by a colon can be filtered. Example EXT: BH-324 > The filter is EXT: > Result: BH-324
The space between the colon and the character is also removed.
