In your Dashboard, at the top right, you'll find the “Kontoeinstellungen” button. This takes you to the account settings overview. Click on the “Mein Konto” section.

Depending on the user, you have the option to change the system language. To do this, go to the “Mein Konto” section and click on the “pencil”. Currently, four system languages are available: German, English, French and Italian. Your language settings have no effect on the settings of other users.

Click on the “Mein Konto” tab and edit your password using the “pencil”.

You can use the authenticator app for two-factor authentication. By default, two-factor authentication is disabled. Use the button to enable the option.

Most people are likely to be very familiar with the widely used Google Authenticator. Still, it's hard to talk about authenticator apps without referring to Google's application. We also use it as a reference point for evaluating other apps in this area.

When looking for alternatives to Google Authenticator, many people may prefer Microsoft Authenticator due to the developer's strong reputation. This is partly justified, as the Microsoft app offers a few additional useful features. For example, it allows you to hide codes on the screen and store tokens in the Cloud. The app also offers access protection in both the iOS and Android versions. Microsoft Authenticator is particularly handy if you frequently work with Microsoft accounts, since for these accounts you don't need to enter a code and can confirm the login with a single tap in the app.
