Casaone

With the «Casaone» app, you automatically play your real estate listings from CASAONE on the screen, ideal for the shop window or reception.

Publish your properties directly from the CASAONE dashboard to the display. The listings are transferred automatically and shown with the key details such as price, rooms and area.

This is how Casaone looks on the screen, examples from real use:

• An active revolutionSCREEN account with access to my.rstv.app.
• Casaone is a premium app (crown in the Appstore) and must be enabled for your account.
• A CASAONE account with properties as well as the Public Key and Private Key for the interface.
• At least one configured screen.

In the sidebar on the left, click «Apps» and at the top click «zum App-Store» (to the Appstore).

Scroll to the «Alle» (All) list and click the «Casaone» tile. Use the category buttons to narrow down the list.

The app's detail view opens. If it is not yet installed, first click «Installiere» (Install). Then click «Neue Instanz» (New instance). «App Guide» opens a short guide.

Under «Apps › Meine Apps» (My apps) you see all instances of the app as tiles. Use «Neue Instanz» (New instance) at the top right to create another one, and click a tile to open an existing one.

In the editor, hover over the title and click the pencil to give the instance a name. A new instance shows «Kein Name angegeben» (No name provided) in red until then. At the top right, choose whether the preview appears in portrait or landscape format.

In the «Zugang» (Access) section you see whether the instance is connected to CASAONE. If it says «logged in», the connection is active, with the name of the connection shown below. Use the pencil on the right to connect an account or switch it.

In the «Deine Konten» (Your accounts) window, select an already stored connection under «Konto auswählen» (Select account) and click «Weiter» (Next).

For a new connection, click «Neue Verbindung hinzufügen» (Add new connection). Under «Name», give the connection a unique label, and enter the «Public Key» and «Private Key» from CASAONE. With «Weiter» (Next) you connect the account.

On the left are all the settings, on the right you immediately see in the live preview how the instance looks on the screen. Use the arrow next to the card to collapse the settings.

• Access: Connection status («logged in») and name of the connection. Use the pencil to connect or switch the account.
• Layout: Template of the display. On request we create a template in your branding, which then appears in this list.
• Primary / Secondary font: Fonts for title and text.
• Language: Display language, e.g. «German».
• Duration: Display time per property in seconds.
• Show price / rooms / area / floor / year built: show or hide individual key details of the property.
• Show availability date / details / contact: show or hide additional information.
• Stretch image: fills the image area completely; images may be cropped in the process.

Casaone shows several posts one after another per instance. When you use the instance in a playlist or a layout, you define how long it runs via the element duration. To do so, click the duration of the element. This logic applies to all apps with multiple posts per instance.

In the «Elementdauer bearbeiten!» (Edit element duration) window, the toggle decides between two variants. It is usually called «pro Post» (per post), for presentations «pro Slide» (per slide). With «Confirm» you apply the setting.

Variant 1: Toggle OFF (total duration)
The set time applies to the entire instance. Example 00:01:00: The instance runs for one minute. The posts change in sequence during this time and start over if needed. So not necessarily all posts appear.

Variant 2: Toggle ON (duration per post)
The set time applies to each post. Example 00:00:10 with 12 posts: Each post appears for exactly 10 seconds, the instance runs for 2 minutes in total. In the list, «pro Post» (per post) or «pro Slide» (per slide) then appears below the duration.

Save the instance at the top right with «Speichern & Schliessen» (save & close).

Add to a Playlist: Open the Playlist, select the «Apps» tab on the right, click the app and then the instance. The instance is added immediately.

Add to a Layout: Open the Layout and click the pencil on the desired section.

In the «Inhalt für Abschnitt bearbeiten» (edit section content) window, add the instance with «Inhalt hinzufügen» (add content). On the right of each element, set the schedule via «Täglich» (daily).

Then click «Veröffentlichen» (publish) in the Playlist or Layout. As long as it still says «Entwurf, Veröffentlichung erforderlich» (draft, publishing required), the screen still shows the old state.
