Restore factory settings

In a few short steps, we'll show you how to reset your display based on TIZEN 4.0.

1. Press the left arrow on the remote control
2. A task menu opens
3. Click Exit

With this step you can completely reset the display.

1. On the remote control, press

«MUTE» > the numbers «182 > the «PowerON» button

2. You enter configuration mode

3. Click on «Option» > Click on «Factory Reset»

4. Click on «Factory Reset»

5. The display turns off; turn it back on with «PowerON» after 5 seconds

6. The Welcome display appears

• Click the "Menu" button

• Navigate to the "System" section

• Navigate to the "Einrichten starten" (Start setup) button and confirm with the "OK" button on your remote control

• Enter your display's PIN. The default PIN is "ZERO" four times

• Select your desired language

• Select the orientation of your display

• Click on "Aus" (Off)

• Connect to your internet access via WiFi or Ethernet

• If your display already had a connection, you can skip this step

• Click the "URL Startprogramm" (URL launcher) button

Enter the following URL in the field. Make sure to use the correct spelling (lowercase)

URL: http://rstv.app

Then click the "Fertig" (Done) button and afterwards the "Weiter" (Next) button at the top right

• Set up the Remote Management Server and click on "Jetzt einrichten" (Set up now)

Enter the following URL in the "Serveradresse" (Server address) line.

rm.rstv.app

Caution/Important: Make sure to use the correct spelling.

• Click on "Weiter" (Next)

• Set the desired time and then click on "Weiter" (Next)

• Click "Fertig" (Done)

• Click "Source" on the remote control

• Use the left arrow key to scroll to the "URL Startprogramm" (URL launcher) button
